Large area broadband antenna with lens array and high emitter conversion efficiency

iPCA with LT-GaAs absorber, microlens array for laser excitation wavelengths
l  850 nm, adjusted hyperhemispherical silicon lens with a high power conversion efficiency of 0.2 mW THz power / W optical power. The iPCA can be used also as large area THz detector. The two types iPCAp and iPCAs have the same active interdigital antenna area but different contact pad directions with respect to the electrical THz field.

Femtosecond Transient Absorption system Hatteras.

February 13, 2008: High Resolution Laser Spectrometer

Del Mar Photonics presents new powerful laser spectrometer for demanding application where fine resolution and high spectral density within UV-VIS-NIR are required. This fully automated high-resolution spectrometer is based on CW narrow-line Ti:Sapphire laser and comes as a perfect embodiment of modern ideas and technology innovation in the field of smart laser spectrometers. Novel advanced design of the fundamental laser component implements efficient intra-cavity frequency doubling as well as provides a state-of-the-art combined ultra-wide-tunable Ti:Sapphire & Dye laser covering a super-broad spectral range between 275 and 1100 nm. The spectrometer includes a CW ultra-wide-tunable narrow-line laser, high-precision wavelength meter, an electronic control unit driven through USB interface and a software. The spectrometer is fully controllable through a user-friendly computer interface that offers a variety of modes.

Del Mar Photonics femtosecond Ti:Sapphire lasers are available with 100 fs, 50 fs and
20 fs pulse durations as pre-assembled kits, as well as one-box oscillators integrated with DPSS pump lasers Trestles Finesse, and also a stand alone Ti:Sapphire oscillator
with any suitable pump laser.

Ti:Sapphire CW lasers are available with linewidth in GHz range 40GHz - 20GHz - 2GHz (Del Mar Photonics model Trestles CW) down to < 10 kHz rms in a new ultra-narrow-linewidth super-frequency-stable TIS-SF-777 laser designed for atom cooling and high-precision spectroscopy.
