I am looking for a replacement LBO crystal for my Quantronix Falcon YLF laser. Does anyone know where I can purchase one?

I am looking for an LBO crystal for intracavity, type 1, CPM, second harmonic generation of a YLF (1053 nm) laser. The dimensions of the crystal need to be 4x4x10 mm for it to fit into my mount. The light travels through the crystal the long way. The pulse width is ~170 ns with repetition rate of 1 kHz. The power at 527 nm should be ~ 15W. I'd like an antireflection coating for 1053 and 527 nm.
